Gala Coral strengthens E-Commerce team
Gala Coral, Europe's largest integrated gambling company, today announces the appointment of two senior executives to the Gala Coral Group E-Commerce Executive. Tan Tok Lim is appointed IT and Services Director and Damian Cope is appointed Operations Director.
Tan joins Gala Coral from the Rank Group where he has held a series of senior IT roles, both on-line and in the off-line side of their business. Most recently he has been IT Director for Deluxe Media Services responsible for Pan European real time IT Systems in manufacturing, warehousing, sales and distribution. Prior to this he was the IT Director for The Rank Group Interactive business, which he helped launch and then develop to include Rank.com and HardRockCasino.com and their related customer relationship management system.
Damian Cope is joining the Gala Coral Group E-Commerce division as Operations Director, after a period of consultancy. Damian's previous experience is with Ladbrokes, Rank (where he launched Blue Square, the UK's first on-line sportsbook) and more recently Yoomedia Plc, where he was Managing Director of the ground breaking interactive betting and gaming channel Avago.
In addition, Nico Giovando and Rosario Elia, both Eurobet founders, are stepping back from their day to day involvement but are becoming non-executive directors of Gala Coral's E-Commerce division.
